We are thrilled to announce that Okan Inaltay has joined ComCap as a Director, based in our San Francisco office. Okan will be leading our SaaS practice, focusing on M&A, capital raises, and advisory transactions for technology companies.
With over a decade of investment banking experience, Okan has a stellar track record executing successful transactions for growth-stage companies across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
Prior to joining ComCap, Okan was an Investment Banking Director at GP Bullhound, where he led approximately 30 transactions valued at around $3 billion.
